To find the side of the square we will first calculate the diagonal of the square and using that we will find the value of x..

So first we take the circle at the end and draw a right angle triangle as shown below;


In this two sides are equal with 6.5 cm so the hypotenuse will be;

H^2 = R^2 + R^2

H^2 =(6.5)^2 + (6.5)^2 = 42.25 + 42.25 = 84.5

H = 9.19 cm

Then diagonal of square will be;

H + R + R + R + R + h = 9.19 + 6.5 + 6.5 + 6.5 + 6.5 + 9.19 = 44.38

So side of square= (44.38) /√2

=31.38 cm = Answer.
