Now we can list the possible combinations of age as per the conditions given:

Roger = 32, Oliver= 23
Roger = 52, Oliver= 25
Roger = 72, Oliver= 27

Only the third one meets the 1st requirement which is;
72 – 27 = 45

Therefore the ages are as follows;

Roger = 72

Oliver = 27
