If you observe carefully you will see that starting with the watch on the left, if you add 42 minutes to the time shown it will give you the time on the next watch to the right.
So,
2:31 + 42 = 3:13
3:13 + 42 = 3:55
3:55 + 42 = 4:37
Therefore,
4:37 + 42 = 5:19
Hence the answer is 5:19
