The series is actually a list of numbers that do not have a “T” in their spelling.
So here,
After One, Two and Three are skipped because they have a T, similarly “Eight” and Ten are skipped later in the series.
So ? would be the next number that doesn’t have T in it’s spelling.
So the answer is 100 or Hundred.
